Ladies of all ages are welcome to join us in the big gym for an afternoon tea in honor of Mothers Day! Food and drinks will be provided just bring your sparkling personalities and feel free to dress up if you wish!

This is a free Cardio Drumming Class. The class meets from 6-7 on Monday and Thursday nights. They post cancellations and changes on their Facebook page. There will not be drumming from June 26 through August 10. We will begin again on August 14.
